Lettuce harvest from container garden
This week I harvest my last green lettuce from containers. Most of my lettuce planted in plot but I keep some of them in 2 containers for my urban balkony vegetable garden.

For me it’s the first year I grow lettuce in containers. I think they are grow easily if they have space. Next year I will sow again, but now I need my containers for my tomato seedlings. So I make a lettuce salad and clean the container for the next summer plants.

My other seedlings grow like crazy these days but I had no time to write about or take photographs because I had a big attack in my server and I spend my days to clean the archives. Hopefully I didn’t lost anything but it wanted many work.

i’m so impressed! my lettuce is just in the baby stage. this is the first year I have gardened next to the Puget Sound and I think that this micro climate is going be difficult. at least, for the heat loving plants. we like lettuce, but LOVE tomatoes.
